That structure lets us take a listing or a buyer assignment wherever the client needs us, working alongside the eXp Commercial broker in that state.

How we work outside Kentucky
When a client brings us a property or a requirement in another state, we stay the lead advisor on the deal. We co-broker with the eXp Commercial broker in that state where the state requires it, so the client keeps one point of contact from the first call through closing.
