These terms govern your use of gilezanglobal.com and, if you separately enroll, the Gilezan Global text messaging program. By using the website, you agree to the website terms below. Text messaging is optional and is governed by the separate consent you provide when you enroll.
The website provides general information about Gilezan Global, its real estate and business brokerage services, and potential properties or opportunities. Gilezan Global is brokered by eXp Commercial and eXp Realty. Website content is informational and may change without notice. Listings, prices, availability, descriptions, and other property or business information should be independently verified. Submitting a website form or exchanging messages does not create a brokerage relationship, an agency relationship, or a binding agreement to buy, sell, or lease property or a business. Any such relationship or transaction depends on the applicable written agreements.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business inquiries. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or use its content in violation of others' rights. Content on the website belongs to Gilezan Global or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their content and practices are their own.
Program and message types. If you expressly opt in to Gilezan Global SMS/MMS messaging, you may receive recurring texts from Gilezan Global about real estate or business brokerage services, listings and opportunities, inquiries, appointments, and related follow-up. The texts may include marketing. The types of messages you receive will correspond to the consent you gave. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing or using any goods or services.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the opportunities relevant to you. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Gilezan Global does not charge a separate fee to participate in the text program.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any Gilezan Global text to cancel messages from that program. We will send a confirmation and will not send further program messages unless you later opt in again. You may also request an opt-out at admin@gilezanteam.com or (502) 817-6484. We will honor other clear requests to stop texting.

Delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier, device, and network availability. You are responsible for providing a number you are authorized to use and for notifying us if that number changes.
Privacy. We handle personal information, mobile numbers, and texting consent as described in our Privacy Policy. Your opt-in applies to Gilezan Global; it is not an opt-in to marketing texts from eXp Commercial, eXp Realty, or any other sender.
We work to keep website information useful and accurate but make no guarantee that the website will always be available or that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
