Gilezan Global has represented Louisville commercial property owners, tenants and buyers since 1999. Our current Louisville work covers retail, office, mixed-use, restaurant and special-purpose property, from a single office condo to an 18,000 square foot building on Eastern Parkway.

What We Handle

Freestanding retail with drive-thru, second-generation restaurant and event space at the gateway to NuLu, mixed-use buildings with apartments above, renovated C-2 buildings near downtown, executive suites and NNN-leased office condos on the east side, and commercially zoned land in the south end. We also handle the sale of operating businesses alongside the real estate they occupy, through our business brokerage practice.

Every engagement starts with what the property is actually worth to the people most likely to buy or lease it. We price from comparable sales and leases, current debt costs and the tenant or buyer pool, then market through eXp Commercial's national platform, our own buyer database, and direct outreach to the operators who fit the space.
