What We Handle
A stabilized 180-slip marina on the Ohio River, roughly 20 acres of adjacent riverfront development land with about 1,500 feet of frontage along Utica Pike, a new-construction national restaurant brand on a long-term net lease in Jeffersonville, and recreational investment land near Patoka Lake. We are also the developer behind Noblewood at Utica, an 87-homesite community in Utica.

How We Work
Riverfront and specialty assets need buyers who understand them. We package each one with the operating history, the permitting and floodplain picture, and the development potential, then take it to marina operators, net-lease investors and developers directly.
